KSE | Reverend Yearwood, Playaz Circle On Election ’08

Voting is precious. It is a gift, a right and an honor. It is the ability to make a calculated decision, one that works to cultivate a unique and individual voice among a people of many. NOW OR NEVER
Words: N. Ali Early

As this presidential race surges toward its definitive end where either Barack Obama or John McCain will assume the right to lead the country November 4th, many are calling election ’08 the single most important of our time. It represents the unique opportunity to have an African American man represent and most importantly, CHANGE the direction of the United States. Unabatedly because of his skin color skin, Obama has unearthed miraculous support from urban communities across the country. John McCain on David Letterman (OWNED)

In case you missed the episode of David Letterman when McCain was a no show, quick recap:

Basically dude called Letterman on the phone and told him he couldn’t make it because he had to race back to DC to “do his job” and appeared on a national broadcast the next hour. Needless to say, DL rode his ass all damn night. He was as much the theme of the show as “Joe the Plumber” was for McPain in the final debate that he lost, convincingly.

This clip revisits the show that was not and provides Letterman the opportunity to tear into some Republican booty, which he did… thoroughly.

Picture of the Day | “Obama The G”

Never mind what the ignorant ass little white girl from Ohio said in response to Obama’s “eloquent” debate delivery last night and the likelihood that he will win the upcoming election… never mind Georgia is about the only state in the country that doesn’t yet favor Obama… This shit right here!! This shit?!… is worth a thousand words:

A simple google search dismisses the above statement as inaccurate and goes on to provide some very useful information that we might all benefit from and pass on to the voting community! Continue reading
