The Acceptance Speech… Obama moved so many people to tears last night, even one guy who wanted to cut his nuts off a couple months ago. if you hadn’t seen it, we’ll presume you either had to get up really early this morning for work or school or… well, is there another logical reason?

Bernie Mac dies at 50

Sources have reported that after a trying bout with pneumonia, Chicago comedian Bernie Mac has passed away at age 50. Less than a week ago an assortment of Internet blogs falsely claimed that the King of Comedy had already succumbed to complications associated with a lung infection. That in turn provoked a statement from his publicist Danic Smith, who indicated Mac was responding well to treatment and would more than likely make a full recovery.

Mac is survived by a wife, daughter and a granddaughter.
